What data input required to start the complaint Management?

Please below link to download excel, details which is required to start complaint management system at your Site. The template excel has different sheets for different details.

  1. Site Details: Site for which you want to start operations. The details includes below:
    • Site / Project Name
    • Primary Email
    • Admin – Contact Details ( Mobile No., Email ) To be used to create Admin of the Site
    • Logo Image of the Site
  2. Unit Details: ( Not Required if using Open complaint management – QR Code) The unit is against which complaints are being generated. You can provide details in any excel of your format, While importing you can map your fields with the System fields. Below are fields which should be part of the data:
    • Unit No
    • Owner Name
    • Contact Detail – Phone/ Email
  3. Location/ Asset Details : In case using QR Based complaint then complaints can be raised through scanning of Location or Asset QR Code
  4. Common Master: Block and Tower details for site and complaint nature and sub nature which are applicable at your site. Below are fields which should be filled in excel:
    • Block and Tower
    • Unit Categories and Roles
    • Complaint Nature and Sub-nature
  5. Staff Details: Name, Contact, Category
