What to do in case technician app unable to recognize a QR Code?
Sometime it happens that you tried to scan the QR code through the technician app and you scan the QR code, but the system doesn’t recognize the QR code.
There are multiple reasons behind such query, the most common reasons are as follows-
- Check your internet connectivity.
- Make sure that the Asset you are scanning has open work orders and that is assigned to you or your team.
- Check if the mobile no you are using is not mapped to other user
