How to configure Panic or SOS Alert?
Panic Alert is a useful feature that notifies the Security Team in case of Emergency. With admin login, you can configure mobile numbers and email ids that need to be notified in case of any Resident or Tenant.
- Go to Setting->Society Setting-> Other
- Update the Mobile and Email ids and Save the Settings.
Also, make sure that Resident Role is being given Permissions for Panic Alert
