What you will do regularly as SDR:

Commit to understanding/owning your territory and becoming a trusted member of the Factech Team
Generate new Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) and pipeline in India & Overseas
Meet quarterly SQOs, lead SLAs, and weekly KPI & activities’ targets
Conduct account development best practices with email, phone, and social touch points using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, etc.
Work closely with the Inbound Marketing Team and sales teams from assigned markets, to optimize territory coverage and outbound prospecting strategies
Research and take part in consultative discussions with prospects, taking full ownership of matching our product offering with client needs
Participate in training and master understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), Adjust solutions, competitive landscape, and on-going career development skills
Be eager to learn, committed to getting 1% better every day and be open to feedback
Work in a fun, motivating and learning environment

What skills you will hone:

Fluent Business English language skills, additional language a plus (Hindi)!
A growth mindset, demonstrated quota achievement and/or track record of success in prior roles
Sales driven & customer-oriented focus
Strong ability to understand the Indian customer needs via curiosity, asking open-ended questions and active listening
