Charge wise amount is not coming in bill summary?
Some time amount of every charge are not showing in separate column in bill summary report and bill summary preview, in such cases we have to update
charge After login with a role having tariff update permission, You can update tariff for any charge by using the following steps:
- In main menu go Bill and select Tariff
- Select by “Charge Name” and click on Search
- Enter report order as you want and Click on Submit.
After changing display order, it will be visible in Bill summary report
