How to generate maintenance bill for generated units?

There are 4 steps to generate maintenance bill which are generated in last month/quarter.

Following are the steps to clone the existing billing cycle : 

Step 1: Go to  Main Menu (Bill), Select “Billing Cycle” option from drop down menu

Step 2: Select CAM/Maintenance bill plan and click on “Search”

Step 3: Click on “Clone” option

Step 4: update bill date, due date and payment consider date as per needs

Step 5: We can configure consider payment to date as bill date – 1 or less and Click on “Save” button

Following are the steps for update tariff rate if Maintenance rate has been changed: 

Step 1: Go to  Main Menu (Bill), Select “Tariff” option from drop down menu

Step 2: In Maintenance charge click on “Edit”

Step 3: Change Rate and click on “Submit” button

Following are the steps to download bill summary 

Step 1: Go to  Main Menu (Bill), Select “Bill Summary” option from drop down menu

Step 2: Select bill cycle, Maintenance bill plan, cluster, tower as ALL and Click “Preview V2”

After download excel, you can verify bill amount for all units.

Following are the steps to generate bill for all mapped units

Step 1: Go to  Main Menu (Bill), Select “Generate Bill” option from drop down menu

Step 2: Select bill Plan, bill Cycle, cluster and click on “Generate Bill”

After generate bill click on “Print” to download all generated bill.
