What are permissions required for CAFM implementation?

The Kaizen CAFM runs on AWS cloud and if we are not doing any integrations, there are no special permissions required from your IT team.

Refer below points if applicable:

• In case Facility Team will be using the CAFM system in LAN network with firewall enabled, then below domains need to be allowed / permitted
  • factech.co.in
  • *.isocietymanager.com
• Internet must be available on Technician Mobile/ Tab when performing Maintenance or Housekeeping jobs. Refer How to perform maintenance or housekeeping activity in Technician App?
• In case you want to integrate with your existing CRM system Single Sign On ( SSO ) need to be integrated and tested
